Next In Line by Amy Daws is LIVE!

What happens when the cute mountain man you made out with in an ice fishing shack turns out to be your brother’s best friend?

A whole lot of awkward, that’s what.

Maggie’s mind is reeling when she discovers the guy she became tangled up with at Marv’s Bait & Tackle isn’t a stranger like she thought.

The big snag: Sam and Maggie’s chemistry is hot enough to melt ice, which makes keeping their secret far more difficult than either expected.

Especially when one of them decides they want this arrangement to be more than just a catch and release.Review (4).png

I LOVED the first book in this series, Wait With Me, so I was anxiously awaiting what this author would do next.  This book is a complete standalone with some interconnected characters.  You do need to have read Wait With Me before this book.

In this book we meet Sam, the best friend and co-worker of Miles from the first book and Miles’ sister Maggie.  Let me say from the onset…I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sam.  He is one of my favorite male characters.  He is sweet, sexy, funny, and oh so swoony!  I need a Sam of my very own.  On the opposite end of my love for Sam, I was not a fan of Maggie.  I warmed up to her slightly as the book progressed, but I’m still not a fan of her.  Despite that, I loved Sam so much that he made the book so worth reading.

This book is quirky and charming.  The banter between the characters is well done and the sexy times are hot.  I love how this story revolves around a bait shop and ice fishing.  It’s so different and refreshing.  I enjoyed this book.  It’s definitely worth reading.
