Legend (Arizona Vengeance, Book #3)

Sawyer Bennett

Release Date: February 5, 2019

Synopsis:  The Arizona Vengeance is hockey’s hottest new team. But hockey’s hottest goalie is learning that even the best players sometimes need an assist.  Everything is clicking for the Vengeance. We may be new, but we’re well on our way to winning the championship, and I’m having the time of my life headlining the sports media as the hottest goalie—hell, player—ever. I for one am going to live up to my name . . . because I am Legend Bay.Dragging my ass home from the gym, I’m blinded by some gaudy, glowing holiday lights. As usual, my hot-as-hell neighbor Pepper Nantais has gone way over the top. But just as I’m about to tell her off, something else catches my eye . . . Seems like Santa left me a present, and not one I was expecting. As life takes an unexpected turn, I realize that there’s much more to Pepper than meets the eye. Sure, she’s gorgeous. And exasperating. And her taste in decorating may be a bit . . . unique. But beneath her carefree demeanor is a fierce determination and a heart of gold. And before I know it I’ve fallen for her. Hard . . .Pepper is exactly the woman I never knew I needed.

I’ve never been much of a hockey fan, mainly because we don’t have a hockey team in my city.  But On My Hockey Sticks!!!  Reading any of Sawyer Bennett’s hockey books make me want to start following hockey…ESPECIALLY if they are anything like the characters in her Cold Fury and Arizona Vengeance series!!!  If you are looking for a hockey or any sports romance you can’t get much better than a Sawyer Bennett book!

Legend if the third book in the Arizona Vengeance.  If you haven’t read the others, don’t worry.  You don’t need to.  All of the books are complete standalones with interconnected characters.  Each book is its own player’s story.  I don’t know what I was expecting with Legend’s story, but I got way more than I ever could’ve hoped for.  Not only do you get a hot, sexy, and sweet hockey player that will make you swoon, but he’s also a single dad.  Beware…your ovaries will explode!!!  These characters are perfect for each other and you are rooting for both of them from the start.

This book will grab you from the very beginning and not stop until you are a pile of swoony, melty goo.  It’s fast paced and will keep you engrossed.  Don’t be surprised if you start this book and just can’t stop.  Don’t even think about it…just go and get this book now.  Not only get this book now but put it as your next book on your TBR list.  You definitely need to read it.
