Review:
I think this book has been the most anticipated in this series. While each book is a complete standalone and you can read this book and thoroughly enjoy it without reading the others, there’s something more exciting and special about getting Peck’s story when you’ve met him before. Peck is the loveable, crazy goofball of the family. While he professes love to the mean girl in town, no one takes him or his profession of love seriously. This book shows so many more layers to him. He is sexy, sweet and very swoony! I’m not going to spoil his love interest, because part of the fun of this book is the discovery of her and their story together. Just know that she is perfect for him. Their chemistry is sizzling and their friendship is heartwarming and profound. This story is a lot about family as well, and how to move forward when that family isn’t picture perfect. If you are looking for a small town romance, with real people and real jobs, that will have you laughing and pulling your heartstrings, then definitely check out this book.
