Review:
This is the third book in the Silver Foxes of Blue Ridge series. This is a complete standalone. You do not need to have read the other books (but trust me…you should). Each book is about a different couple. Now, I’m a Georgia girl through and through…so you will probably read some “southernisms” in this review. It only seems appropriate.
Lord, have mercy!!! This book is so good I wanted to slap my mama. Charlie is the “good” one of the family, or at least it seems so. He’s definitely a good guy but can also be bad in the best way if you get my drift. This along with his love for his daughter, trying to do the right thing, and his obsession for Janessa, definitely makes him a book boyfriend to swoon over. Both of the characters have compelling backgrounds and you will be rooting for them as a couple. Fair warning, there are times you want to strangle them for their actions and then cry with them when they are vulnerable. But hold your horses it will all be worth it. The chemistry between these two will leap off the page, and the steaminess between the two will leave you hot and bothered.
In this book you will get small town romance, hot single dad/single mom, over 40 couple, secret relationship. If any of these characteristics interest you, then definitely get this book!
